ADULTS ONLY

We warmly welcome guests aged 18 and over. Our lodges are designed exclusively for adults, ensuring a serene atmosphere, relaxation, and quality time for couples.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. On the day of departure, check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & LOCAL TAX

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 40% of the total price (we will notify you of the exact amount by email).

In addition to the accommodation rate, a local tax of €2.30 per guest per night applies, payable on-site.

We accept cash, debit, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

BREAKFAST & DINNER

Upon request and with advance booking, we are delighted to serve breakfast featuring locally sourced products directly to your lodge at your preferred time (between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM). You may choose from three options the day before:
   1.    Sweet option
   2.    Hearty option
   3.    Sweet & Hearty mix

Each option is €20 per person.

In the evening, we also offer light meals or dinner upon request with advance booking. Choose between a typical South Tyrolean Marende (light dinner) or a daily three-course dinner. Prices are available upon request.

PETS

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

GET TO KNOW THE FARM & HOSTS

We are not a typical South Tyrolean farm with dairy cows or apple orchards. Instead, we are two career changers with a deep love for nature.

Our orchard features cherry, apple, pear, nectarine, and kiwi trees. We also cultivate almonds, hazelnuts, chestnuts, sea buckthorn, rowan berries, and herbs. Eleven Shropshire sheep and one ram roam freely among the fruit trees.

Upon request, you are welcome to enjoy fruits and vegetables from our garden during your stay. Just let us know.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are energy self-sufficient: electricity comes from our photovoltaic system, heating from an integrated heat pump, and hot water from our solar thermal system.

PARKING & GARAGE

Each lodge includes a free parking space in the garage.

CANCELLATION

Unexpected events happen, which is why we recommend taking out travel insurance.
Our cancellation policy:
   •    More than 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
   •    3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking amount
   •    1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking amount
   •    In case of early departure: the full booking amount will be charged

Upon your arrival, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge. With this ticket, you can use all public transport in South Tyrol for the entire duration of your stay:

   •    City, intercity, and regional buses
   •    Selected cable cars (Postal–Verano, Vilpiano–Meltina, Bolzano–Renon, Bolzano–Colle, Rio di Pusteria–Maranza)
