Our newly built Adults Only Lodges, featuring private saunas and some with private whirlpool, are located at 1,000 metres on the edge of forests and meadows above Terlan, near Meran and Bozen.
The loft-style design offers plenty of space, and the large terraces provide panoramic views over the Etschtal Valley, the Überetsch region with Lake Kaltern, and the Unterrain golf course.

Elegant and high-quality, with brushed larch and a cosy atmosphere, barrier-free and suitable for allergy sufferers – this is what awaits you in our 5 newly built apartments in Verschneid near Mölten.
The open-plan lodges are equipped with a cosy king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a private sauna, a large walk-in rain shower, a free-standing bathtub, a toilet, and a bidet. Two lodges also feature a private whirlpool on the terrace. A lift from the underground garage provides access to each apartment.

Of course, we offer farm-fresh products such as herbs and homemade syrups, fruit from our orchard, and vegetables from our garden, but our main focus is on modern living, absolute tranquillity, and the joy of solitude amidst nature.
