Fresh bread, regional products, and small homemade details ensure a relaxed start.

Dinner in a special atmosphere
In the evening, it becomes quiet. Upon request, you can enjoy a South Tyrolean "Marende" or dishes from traditional South Tyrolean cuisine—completely privately in your lodge.

Our lodges are exclusively designed for adults. We warmly welcome guests aged 18 and over – for more peace, more relaxation, and more time together.
Arrival & Departure
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Possible after 8:00 PM; only with prior notice.
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure
South Tyrol Guest Pass
Upon your arrival, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge.
This allows you to use numerous public transport services throughout South Tyrol for free during your stay – including regional trains, buses, selected cable cars, as well as the Ritten tram and the Mendel funicular.
Parking & E-Mobility
A free garage parking space is available for each lodge.
The garage also features an e-charging station for electric cars.
E-Bikes & Bicycles
E-bikes can also be conveniently and securely stored and charged in the garage.
The Salten plateau and numerous cycling paths begin right at the doorstep.
Wi-Fi & Service
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire Kohlbrennerhof.
Upon request, we also offer a laundry service for an additional fee.
Pet-free
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed.

Deposit, Payment & Local Tax
Your booking is considered confirmed as soon as the deposit of 40% of the total price has been received.
In addition, a local tax applies per person per night.

Cancellation
Unexpected events can always occur. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation policy:
- More than 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
- In case of early departure: the total booking amount will be charged
Farm & Agriculture
Kohlbrennerhof is not a traditional farm with dairy cows or apple orchards. Instead, you can expect nature-oriented agriculture with an orchard, herbs, and free-roaming Shropshire sheep.
Upon request, we would be happy to show you our farm personally and tell you more about our work, the animals, and the special features of our agriculture.
Sustainability
We supply the Kohlbrennerhof largely with self-generated energy.
The electricity comes from our photovoltaic system, the heat from an integrated heat pump, and the hot water from a solar thermal system.
